3-Ingredient Smoothies

When it comes to sticking to healthy eating, simplicity is key! For a quick breakfast on-the-go or a pre/post workout pick-me-up, smoothies make for an easy choice. Grab a few ingredients, toss them in a blender, pour mixture in your favorite vessel and GO! Here, we’ve taken simplicity one step further with two “3-Ingredient Smoothie” recipes.

Mocha Madness

For a dose of protein with a caffeine KICK!

2 scoops chocolate protein powder

1/2 cup cold brewed coffee

1/2 cup milk of your choice

Sun Butter Surprise

A healthful, delicious choice perfect for those with nut allergies!

1 cup frozen raspberries

2 Tbsp sun butter

1 cup hemp milk

Note: Switch out raspberries for your frozen fruit favorites.
