Policy on Returns
- 30 day limit
- Vitamin & Body Care items must have a receipt
- All products over $10 must have a receipt
- Books must be in good condition
- NO RETURNS on CD’s, DVD’s, or Videos
- NO RETURNS on marked down or reduced items
Product Policy
We prefer foods and related items that are:
- Produced by local or regional growers and craftspeople
- Produced and/or distributed by cooperatives
- Produced with the least human and environmental exploitation
- Produced without testing on animals
- And presented in packaging that is minimal and environmentally sound
Because we strive to meet the needs of as many owners as possible, we also carry products that fall outside these guidelines.
We offer choices to our community by balancing various consumer needs; for example,
Organic vs. best value or bulk products vs. convenience. Our product mix ultimately reflects what the community purchases at our Co-op.
