Primary duties consist of: Implement daily production needs of the Bakery Department including preparing muffins, cookies, and breads (from scratch); organizing, maintaining, and cleaning work spaces in accordance with GFC standards and practices; providing quality prep services and ensuring proper stocking and rotation of product; and providing general customer support and assistance in a fast-paced grocery cafe environment
Successful candidates must demonstrate a high degree of efficiency and reliability, strong customer service skills, the ability to work as an effective team member, strong communication skills, and the ability to effectively multi-task.
Must be able to tolerate repeated lifting, bending, twisting, occasional climbing, and a fast-paced, demanding environment.
Previous food service and/or baking experience, required
