20 Minute Stir-Fry
- 8oz. Light Life Tempeh - Aisle 1 Refrigeration
- 2 Tbsp. San-J Teriyaki Sauce - Aisle 3
- Tree of Life Frozen Stir-Fry Veggies - Freezers
- 2 Tbsp. Whole Wheat Flour - Bulk Aisle 5
- 2-3 Tsp. Oriental Seasoning Blend -Bulk Herbs & Spices
- 2 Tsp. Garden of Life Coconut Oil -Aisle 3
Cut soy tempeh into 1/2-inch cubes. Drizzle teriyaki sauce over tempeh in a small bowl and toss. Brown tempeh cubes in wok or skillet using coconut oil. Add 14oz. package stir-fry frozen veggies. Stir-fry for 4-6 minutes or until veggies are tender crisp. Stir in cup of water, well-blended with whole wheat flour and oriental seasoning, stirring until mixture comes to a boil and thickens. Makes about 3 servings. Serve over cooked brown rice with fresh or frozen fruit for dessert.
