Guacahummus

 

 

¼ Cup Dried Tomato Flakes – Bulk Herbs                    

1 Avocado, mashed – Produce

1 Cup Westbrae Garbanzo Beans, mashed – Aisle 2       

¼ Cup Tahini – Aisle 2

¼ Tsp Chili Powder – Bulk Spices                            

¼ Tsp Garlic Granules – Bulk Spices

1/8 Tsp Cumin Powder – Bulk Spices                        

¼ Tsp Pepper – Bulk Spices

¼ Tsp Lemon Juice – Produce                                

¼ Tsp Sea Salt – Bulk Aisle 5

1/8 Tsp Cayenne (or more to taste) – Bulk Spices

 

 

Reconstitute tomato flakes by soaking in warm water for about 15 minutes. Drain. Combine with all remaining ingredients. Serve as a dip with chips or raw veggies or as a sandwich spread.
