Amaranth and Grain Dish

  • 1 Cup long grain brown rice - Bulk Aisle 5
  • 1/2 Cup millet - Bulk Aisle 5
  • 1/2 Cup amaranth - Aisle 2
  • 1 Tsp. grated ginger, dissolved in water - Produce
  • A few drops of toasted sesame oil - Aisle 3
  • Cilantro for garnish - Produce

Bring 3 cups of water to a boil and add brown rice, millet, and amaranth. When water returns to a boil, reduce heat, cover with lid and let cook for about 40 minutes or until water is absorbed. Do not stir. Stir in remaining ingredients, stir and serve.
