Apple Carrot Salad

  • 4 Large Carrots, Shredded - Produce
  • 1 Medium Apple, Chopped - Produce
  • 1/3 Cup Raisins - Produce or Snack Aisle
  • 1/4 Cup Stoneyfield Plain Nonfat Yogurt - Aisle 1
  • 1/4 Cup Vegenaise - Aisle 1
  • 2 Tsp. Dijon Mustard - Aisle 3
  • 2 Tsp. Lemon Juice Squeezers - Produce
  • 1/8 Tsp. Pepper - Aisle 2 or Bulk Herbs
  • 1 Green SteviaPlus Packet - Aisle 2
  • 1/3 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese - Cheese Case

Combine carrots, apple, and raisins in medium-size mixing bowl. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, vegenaise, mustard, lemon juice, pepper and stevia. Pour over carrot mixture and toss to coat. Stir in cheese.
