Arugula Salad with Aged Gouda
- ½ tsp. Organic Woodstock Farms Dijon Mustard – Aisle 3
- Morton Kosher Salt – Aisle 2
- 2 Tblsp. Eden Red Wine Vinegar – Aisle 3
- Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- 6 Tblsp. Rapunzel Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil – Aisle 3
- ¾ cup coarsely grated Uniekaas Gouda – Deli
- 8 cups Arugula – Produce
- 1/3 cup dried tart cherries – Snack Aisle
To prepare the dressing whisk the mustard, vinegar, salt, & pepper in a small bowl. Stir in olive oil to form a smooth dressing. Arrange the arugula in the center of a large bowl. Sprinkle on cheese and cherries. Toss with just enough of the dressing to thoroughly coat the leaves.
