Asian Peanut Dip
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter, smooth - Aisle 2
- 1/3 cup firm silken tofu - Aisle 1
- 2 packets SteviaPlus or more to taste - Aisle 2
- 1/8 tsp. maple flavoring - Aisle 2
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice - Produce
- 2 Tbsp. tamari or shoyu sauce - Aisle 3
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper - Herbs & Spices
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed - Produce
In food processor, add all ingredients and puree on high until smooth, scraping sides as needed. Sample and add more stevia according to taste. Process again after adding additional stevia. Store in airtight container and use as a dip for vegetables and crackers or as a sandwich spread.
