½ Lb Colcord Farms Lean Ground Beef – Meat Dept.

2 Green Onions, sliced – Produce

1 Cup Bean Sprouts – Produce

2 Rose Acre Eggs, beaten – Aisle 1

½ Tsp San-J Tamari Sauce – Aisle 3

Salt & Pepper – Bulk aisle 5/ Herbs & Spices

 

Brown beef in large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking up into crumbles.  Add green onions and sprouts, stirring for a minute or two.  Then add beaten eggs combined with soy sauce and scramble until eggs are set.  Add salt and pepper, to taste. 

Serves 2 to 4.
