Avocado Dip
- 1 Large Organic Ripe Avocado - Produce
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice - Produce
- 4 oz. Organic Valley Cream Cheese - Aisle 1 Refrigeration
- 1 Tbsp. Spectrum Mayonnaise - Aisle 3
- Salt to taste - Aisle 2
- Pinch of Ground Cayenne - Herbs & Spices
- 1 Level Tsp. Organic Onion, grated
Halve the avocado, remove the stone, and scoop out flesh. Have the cream cheese softened at room temperature, beat until creamy and add the avocado to the mayonnaise, salt, cayenne, and onion. Mix thoroughly until blended.
