Avocado Salad Dressing

  • 1 ripe Avocado, peeled and cut into chunks - Produce
  • 1 rib Celery, cut into chunks - Produce
  • 1 small Tomato, cored - Produce
  • 1 small Cucumber, cut into chunks - Produce
  • 1 tsp. Water

Blend all ingredients in a blender, adding just enough water to make puree.
