Baby Rosemary Potatoes
- 5 Lbs. Assorted Small Organic Potatoes - Produce
- 1/4 Cup Napa Valley Olive Oil - Aisle 3
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh Rosemary, chopped - Produce
- 1 & 1/2 Tsp. Hain Salt - Aisle 2
- 1/2 Tsp. Frontier Organic Coarse Ground Black Pepper - Bulk Herbs & Spices
Warm oven to 425 degrees fahreneheit. Put potatoes in a large pan for roasting (17" by 11 & 1/2"). Blend with olive oil, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper. The potatoes should be roasted for 30-40 minutes. Keep turning them round and round with a metal spatula until it is golden in color and soft enough for the fork to get inside. Mix it with the rosemary sprigs.
