1 Lb Brussels Sprouts, washed and trimmed – Produce

4 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese – Cheese Case

½ Cup Ians Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs – Aisle 3

¼ Tsp Frontier Garlic Powder – Bulk Herbs & Spices

½ Tsp Frontier Italian Seasoning – Bulk Herbs & Spices

 

Preheat oven to 400 Degrees F. Steam Brussels sprouts very lightly, about 5 minutes. Place in a casserole dish that is sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp parmesan cheese, followed by the bread crumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and finally, the remaining parmesan cheese. Bake without a cover, just until lightly browned.
