3 Ripe Bananas, peeled, cut into ½ inch slices, &frozen – Produce
½ Cup Native Forest Light Coconut Milk – Aisle 3
Good Foods Liquid Stevia, or Organic Sugar to Taste – Aisle 2
1 Tsp. Frontier Vanilla Extract – Aisle 2
Garnish: Shredded Toasted Coconut or Shaved Chocolate – Aisle 2
Using food processor or blender, puree frozen bananas until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides occasionally. With motor running, slowly add coconut milk, vanilla, and stevia or sugar. Process until mixture has consistency of soft ice cream. Pour into 4 serving bowls and sprinkle on garnish. Serve immediately.
