Bean and Rice Burrito

  • 1 Ezekiel Whole Wheat Tortilla, steamed to soften - Aisle 1
  • 1/2 Cup Cooked Brown Basmati Rice - Bulk Aisle 5
  • 1 Organic Carrot, shredded - Produce
  • 1/4 Cup Eden Organic Refried Beans - Aisle 2
  • 1/4 Cup Zapata Salsa, drained slightly - Aisle 4
  • 1 Large Organic Leaf Lettuce, shredded - Produce

Spread beans and rice on tortilla. Cover with salsa. Top with vegetables. Fold sides of tortilla together and roll over. Wrap carefully in plastic wrap.
