Beth's Tabouli

  • 1 Cup Bulgur - Bulk
  • 3/4 Cup Fresh Parsley, chopped - Produce
  • 3 Local Green Onions, sliced in thin diagonals - Produce
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Organic Lemon Juice - Produce
  • 1/4 Cup Bionaturae Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Aisle 3
  • Black or Green Olives, optional - Olive Bar
  • 1 Local Cucumber, diced - Produce
  • 1 Local Green Bell Peppers, diced - Produce
  • 2 Local Tomatoes, diced - Produce
  • 1 Tsp. Eden Selected Tamari Sauce - Aisle 3

Soak Bulgur in 2 cups of very hot water for 15 minutesto soften. Drain using cheese cloth to squeeze out moisture. Toss vegetables and soaked wheat together. Combine lemon juice, olive oil. and tamari. Add wheat and vegetabel mixture, mixing well. Chill before serving.
