Bison Chili

  • 1lb. KY Bison Ground - Meat Dept.
  • One 15oz. Westbrae Organic Kidney or Chlli Beans, drained -
    Aisle 2
  • One 28oz. Muir Glen Diced Tomatoes - Aisle 3
  • 1-2 Tbsp. Chili Powder - Bulk Herbs & Spices

Cook ground bison & drain fat if needed.  Add beans, drained & rinsed, and tomatoes & mix thoroughly.  Reduce heat and simmer for 5-15 minutes.  Use two 28oz. cans of tomatoes for soupier chili.  Add or delete items according to taste.
