Brandied Strawberries with Creme Fraiche

  • 3 Pts. Organic Strawberries, washed, stemmed & hulled - Produce
  • 1/3 Cup Sugar - Bulk Aisle 5
  • 3 Tbsp. Cherry Brandy
  • 1 Cup Alouette Creme Fraiche - Aisle 1
  • 1/2 Cup Pistachio Nuts, chopped - Bulk Aisle 5

Combine strawberries with the sugar and cherry brandy. Marinate in the refrigerator several hours, tossing once in awhile. Serve in individual bowls and top with a dollop of creme fraiche. Sprinkle with the pistachio nuts.
