Broiled Tempeh

  • 1 Package Light Life Tempeh, pre-steamed for 15 minutes - Aisle 1 Refrigeration
  • 4 Large Organic Crimini Mushrooms - Produce
  • 4 Cloves Local Organic Garlic, chopped - Produce
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh Organic Ginger, grated - Produce
  • 4 Tbsp. Eden Organic Light Soy Sauce - Aisle 3
  • 4 Tsp. Organic Gresh Parsley - Produce

Spray pie plate with oil. Put 1 Tbsp. of soy sauce in it. Cut tofu tempeh into small bite-size pieces and put in pie plate. Add chopped mushrooms, galric, & ginger. Sprinkle remaining 3 Tbsp. soy sauce on top. Sprinkle with the parsley. Broil 6-inches from heat source for approximately 10 minutes or until soy sauce is bubbling and the tempeh is browned.
