Cape Whiting Pepperdews And Hallou Kebabs
- Ingredients:
- 2 Marlin, Tuna Steaks, or Sea Bass cut into cubes - Meat Dept.
- 150g Halloumi Cheese, cubed - Cheese Dept.
- 10 Pepperdews
- Marinade:
- 15 ml Olive Oil - Aisle 3
- 15 ml White Vinegar - Aisle 3
- 30 ml Lemon Juice - Produce
- 10 ml Oregano - Produce
- 1 Garlic CLove, crushed - Produce
- 1 Bay Leaf - Produce
- Salt & Pepper to taste - Aisle 2
- 1 Rosemary Sprig - Produce
Mix marinade ingredients well and marinade cubed fish for about 30 minutes. Thread pepperdews, cheese and cubed fish onto skewers. Grill until golden, basting with remaining marinade. Serve immediately with couscous or green salad.
