Carob Dipped Dried Apricots

• 1/2 cup carob chips - Aisle 2
• 24 dried apricots - Bulk Snack Aisle

In a doulbe boiler, over hot, not boiling water, melt the carob chips. Dip each apricot in the melted carob so that the carob covers half of the apricot. Work quickly. Chill the apricots in the refrigerator to harden the carob before serving.
