Chicken Noodle Soup
- 1 Can (14.5 oz) Imagine Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth - Aisle 2
- 1 Garlic Clove, minced - Produce
- 1/2 Cup Bionaturae Tagliatelle Fine Egg Noodles - Aisle 3
- 2 oz. Westbrae Organic Green Beans, cut crosswise into 1-inch pieces (1/2 up) - Aisle 2
- 1 Organic Carrot, coarsely grated - Produce
- 4 oz. Bell & Evans Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, cut into 1/2-inch pieces (1 Cup) - Meat Dept.
- 1 Organic Scallion, thinly sliced -Produce
- Coarse Salt & Ground Pepper - Aisle 2
In a saucepan, bring chicken broth and 1/4 up water to a boil. Add garlic, noodles, and beans. Reduce heat; simmer for 5 minutes. Add carrot and chicken; simmer until chicken is cooked through, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in scallions. Season with salt & pepper.
