Chicken Stir Fry

  • 1/2 Head Organic Green Cabbage, shredded - Produce
  • 1-2 Organic Carrots, shredded - Produce
  • 1 Tbsp. Hain Canola Oil or Spectrum Sesame Oil - Aisle 3
  • 1/3 Cup Annie's Sesame Salad Dressing - Aisle 3
  • 1 Lb. Bell & Evans Chicken, cooked & diced - Meat Dept.
  • 1/4 Cup Peanuts, chopped - Bulk Aisle 5

Toss the cabbage and carrots in the oil in a large skillet. Place over medium-high heat and cook, stirring frequently, until the vegetabels are limp but still crunchy (about 3 minutes). Stir in the dressing and chicken. Spoon onto a platter and sprinkle with the peanuts. Serve with rice.
