Chilled Edamame Salad

  • 16 oz. Package of Frozen Seapoint Edamame - Freezers
  • 1/4 Cup Onion, Chopped - Produce
  • 1/4 Cup Celery, Chopped - Produce
  • 2 Medium Tomatoes, Chopped (about 1 cup) - Produce
  • 1/4 Cup Crumbled Feta Cheese With Basil & Tomato - Deli Area
  • 1/4 Cup Seeds of Change Vinaigrette Dressing - Aisle 3
  • 1-3 Tsp. Dried Basil, To Taste - Herbs & Spices

Cook soybeans according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold running water to cool. Drain well. Combine all ingredients and serve on a bed of romaine.
