1 Cantaloupe, peeled, cut into chunks – Produce
1 Cup Stonyfield Plain Yogurt – Aisle 1
1 Tbsp Local Honey – Bulk Aisle 5
¾ Cup Uncle Matt’s Orange Juice – Aisle 1
Garnish Fresh Mint - Produce
¼ Tsp Frontier Nutmeg – Bulk Herbs & Spices
¼ Tsp Salt – Bulk Aisle 5
Cayenne to Taste – Bulk Herbs & Spices
Blend half of the cantaloupe with the yogurt in blender, until smooth. Add rest of the cantaloupe and blend again until smooth. Pour into a large mixing bowl. Place orange juice, honey, nutmeg, salt and cayenne into blender, blending until creamy. Combine the blended cantaloupe and yogurt with the juice mixture, and let chill at least 1 hour before serving. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs.
