4 Cups Romaine Lettuce, washed – Produce         

1 Cup Carrots, shredded –Produce

2 Cups Cherry Tomatoes – Produce                    

1 Cup Cucumber, sliced – Produce

½ Cup Red Onion, chopped - Produce 

1 ½ Cup Sea Point Farms Shelled Edamame, cooked –       Frozen Section

Dressing, your choice – Aisle 3

 

To cook edamame, bring 3 cups water to a boil, and shelled edamame, and cook for 4 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold running water to cool. Prepare all other ingredients and combine with edamame in a large salad bowl. Toss with a dressing of your choice.
