Cranberry Cherry Relish
- 12 oz. or 3 Cups Fresh Cranberries - Produce
- 10 oz. or 2 Cups Tree of Life Frozen Sweet Cherries - Freezers
- 2 Organic Firm Pears, such as Bosc or Anjou, peeled and cubed - Produce
- 1/2 Cup Turbinado Sugar - Bulk Aisle 5
- Pinch of Simply Organic Ground Nutmeg - Aisle 2
- Pinch of Simply Organic Ground Cinnamon - Aisle 2
Combine all ingredients in a large heavy saucepan and bring mixture to a simmerover medium-high heat. Stir often to prevent sticking. Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring occasionally, until the fruit is tender and the relish has thickened, 40-50 minutes. Let cool. The relish will keep if covered for up to 2 weeks.
