1 Cup Millet – Bulk Aisle 5                              

1 Cup Sliced Mushrooms – Produce

2 Medium Onions, cut into chunks – Produce       

1 Cup Sliced Celery – Produce

2 Medium Potatoes, cut into cubes – Produce      

2 Bay Leaves – Bulk Herbs & Spices

2 Carrots, cut into ½ inch pieces – Produce        

½ Tsp Dried Basil – Bulk Herbs & Spices

½ Tsp Dried Thyme – Bulk Herbs & Spices

4 Cups Water                                             

 

 

Toast millet in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes; stir constantly to avoid burning. Add all ingredients to a slow cooker and cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
