2 Cups Cooked, Shelled  Sea Point Farms Edamame – Frozen Section

1/3 Cup Green Onions, sliced – Produce

1 Cup Celery, diced – Produce

4 Large Radishes, finely chopped – Produce

1 Cucumber, diced – Produce

¼ Cup Eden Rice Vinegar – Aisle 3

4 tsp Spectrum Extra Virgin Olive Oil – Aisle 3

Juice from 1 Large Lemon - Produce

3 Tbsp Honey – Bulk Aisle 5

Frontier Black Pepper, to taste – Bulk Herbs & Spices

Prepare first 5 ingredients and mix in a large bowl. Then whish remaining ingredients together, pour over edamame mixture, and toss to coat. Cover and chill for half an hour before serving.
