Emergency Soup

  • 1 can refried beans - Aisle 2
  • 2 cups organic frozen whole kernel corn - Freezers
  • 15oz. can diced tomatoes - Aisle 3
  • 1/2 diced onion - Produce
  • Pepper or chopped jalapeno to taste, optional - Aisle 2
  • water to make a thick soup consistency

Just mix everthing in a sauce pan and simmer for about 1/2 an hour. Serve with steamed veggies on the side and whole grain bread to dip into soup. End with fresh fruit for a quick and easy meal.
