Fresh Cranberry Relish
- If you or your guests are used to sweetened cranberry relish, you might want to add a little liquid stevia or powdered extract, to taste, to this relish to sweeten it up a bit.
- 12 oz package fresh cranberries - Produce
- 1 fresh pineapple, cut into small chunks - Produce
- 1 organic orange, cut into eighths and seeds removed - Produce
- 1 firm red organic apple, quartered and cored - Produce
- 1/4 cup pecan pieces, optional - Bulk Aisle 5
One at a time and using food processor with blade, chop until fine the cranberries, orange, and apple. Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for several hours or overnight before serving.
Makes about 6 cups
