Frozen Yogurt
- 1/2 to 3/4 Cup Plain Yogurt - Aisle 1
- 1/2 to 1 Cup Frozen Blueberries (or other frozen fruit, cut into bite-size pieces) - Frozen Aisle
- Stevia to Taste, Liquid or Powdered - Aisle 2
Place yogurt into serving bowl, adding enough stevia to lightly sweeten it (be careful tevia is much sweeter than sugar, a few drops will do). Top with blueberries, stir and place in freezer. Remove from freezer every 5 or so minutes and stir. Serve when the yogurt has an ice-like consistency. If you use fruit that is not frozen, it will take longer for your yogurt mixture to freeze into an ice cream consistency. In place of fruit, try flavoring your plain yogurt with a spoonful of almond butter or peanut butter, or a bit of pure vanilla extract before freezing.
