Gingered Carrot Salad
1 Tsp Powdered Ginger – Bulk Spices
1/8 Tsp Ground Cloves – Bulk Spices
1/8 Tsp Ground Nutmeg – Bulk Spices
3 Tbsp Molasses or Brown Sugar – Aisle 2
¼ Cup Orange Juice – Aisle 1
1 Lb. Carrots, grated – Produce
¼ Cup Currants or Raisins – Packaged Bulk
Combine spices, sugar, and orange juice in large bowl. Stir thoroughly to combine. Add carrots and raisins or currants. Toss to combine. Chill, covered, before serving.
