Grilled Tomatoes
- 2 Medium Organic Fresh Tomatoes, cut in half horizontally - Produce
- 4 Tbsp. Ian's Bread Crumbs - Aisle 2
- 4 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated - Cheese Case
- 1 Tbsp. Bionaturae Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Aisle 3
- 1 Tsp. Simply Organic Dried Oregano or Basil - Aisle 2
Preheat the broiler. Top the tomatoes with a mixture of the bread crumbs, cheese, oil, and herbs. Grill under the broiler until the topping is browned and the skin of the tomatoes is wrinkles, about 7 minutes
