Ham Loaf with Pineapple Topping
- 1-1/2 Lbs. Ground Cooked Ham - Meat Dept.
- 1 Tsp. Frontier Organic Dry Mustard - Bulk Herbs & Spices
- 1/8 Tsp. Frontier Organic Ground Cloves - Bulk Herbs & Spices
- 1 Cup Farmer's Creamery Milk - Aisle 1 Refrigeration
- 1 Cup Quick or Old Fashioned Oats - Bulk Aisle 5
- 2 Rose Acres Eggs, beaten - Aisle 1 Refrigeration
Topping for Ham:
- 2/3 Cup Hain Brown Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Spectrum Vinegar - Aisle 3
- 3 Tbsp. Water
- Native Forest Pineapple Chunks, for garnish - Aisle 2
Combine ham loaf ingredients; mix well to blend. Form a loaf in a ham shape and place in 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Score the top tightly in diamond pattern with a spoon or knife. Bake at 35o degrees fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
