Ham and Cheese Ball

  • 1 Cup Chopped Ham – Meat Dept.
  • 2 Cups Horizon Organic Shredded Cheddar Cheese – Cheese Case
  • One 3oz. Pkg. Organic Valley, softened – Aisle 1
  • 1/4 Tsp. Frontier Organic Garlic Powder – Bulk Herbs & Spices
  • 1/2 Tsp. Frontier Organic Dried Onion Flakes – Bulk Herbs & Spices
  • 1/2 Tsp. Annie’s Worchester Sauce – Aisle 2
  • 1/8 Tsp. Frontier Organic Dried Mustard – Bulk Herbs & Spices
  • 1/8 Tsp. Frontier Organic Chili Powder – Bulk Herbs & Spices

Finely chop by hand or use food processor with chopping blade in a medium size bowl, all above ingredients except ham. Add ham and mix well. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour until firm. Shape into a ball, wrap in wax paper and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with cracker of your choice.

Optional: roll ball gently in crushed pecans or walnuts until covered. Or make 2 balls, roll one in chopped parsley and one in paprika.
