1 ½ Pounds Tuna Steaks

Vegetable Cooking Spray   

                          

Marinade

3 Tbsp Pineapple Juice              

1 Tbsp Fresh Ginger, grated

½ Tsp Dry Mustard                 

3 Tbsp Soy Sauce

2 Cloves Garlic, minced             

2 Tbsp Lime Juice

1 Tsp Brown Sugar

 

Combine marinade ingredients in a nonmetallic dish. Reserve 2-3 tablespoons for basting. Add tuna. Marinate 15-20 minutes, turning once.

Drain fish from marinade. Coat fish with cooking spray. Grill over hot coals 3 minutes. Turn. Brush with reserved marinade. Cook an additional 4-5 minutes.
