Honey Mustard Baked Chicken

  • 1/4 Cup organic flour - Bulk Aisle 5
  • 2 organic egg whites - Aisle 1
  • 1 Tbsp. organic dijon mustard - Aisle 2
  • 2 Cups Snyder's of Hanover organic honey wheat pretzel sticks, finely crushed - Aisle 4
  • 1 Tsp. orgnaic garlic powder - Herbs & Spices
  • 1 Tbsp. organic parsley, finely chopped - Produce
  • 4 fresh boneless chicken breasts - Meat Case

Preheat oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit. Place flour on large flat dish. In small shallow bowl, blend egg whites & mustard. Place crushed pretzels in separate shallow dish with garlic powder & parsley. Add chicken breasts to flour & coat evenly. Dip to lightly wet each breast in egg & mustard mixture until evenly coated. Place on baking sheet & bake for 20-25 minutes until done & juices run clear when pierced deeply with a fork.
