Laura's Gorgonzola Beets
- 6-8 meium-size beets, cooked, cooled, peeled, and sliced (or enough to fill a pie plate) - Produce
- Gorgonzola Cheese - Cheese Case
- Organic Horizon Butter - Aisle 1
- 1 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar - Bulk Aisle 5
- 1/4 cup water
Spray pie plate with non-stick cooking spray. Layer beets, gorgonzola cheese, and butter, with most cheese on top. Combine balssamic vinegar with the water and drizzle over beet. Bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 15-20 minutes or until beets are hot throughout.
