Lemon Pie

  • 1 pkg. Mori-Nu Silken Lite Firm Tofu –Aisle 3
  • 2 pkgs. Mori-Nu Mates Vanilla Pudding Mix –Aisle 2
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey –Aisle 5
  • 8oz. Tofutti Cream Cheese-Aisle 1
  • ½ cup Santa Cruz Lemon Juice -Aisle 5
  • Arrowhead Mills Graham Cracker Crust -Aisle 2

Drain excess water from tofu. Blend tofu with lemon juice in a food processor until completely creamy and smooth. Add the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour mixture into pie shell and chill for 2 – 3 hours. Enjoy!
