Mary's Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Low Fat Salad Dressing

  • 1/4 Cup Tahini - Packaged Bulk Refrigeration
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice, or to taste - Produce
  • 1/3 Cup Water, or enough to make pourable consistency
  • 2-3 Tbsp. Teff, Flaxseed, or Sunflower Seeds - Bulk Aisle 5
  • Salt & Cayene Pepper, to taste - Bulk Herbs & Spices

Mix tahini, lemon juice, and water, using fork or small whisk. Add teff, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
