Mexican & Layer Dip
- 3 cans Amy's organic refried beans with green chilies - Aisle 2
- 1 16oz. container organic sour cream - Aisle 1
- 1 jar Amy's organic medium salsa - Aisle 2
- 1 bunch organic green onions, chopped - Produce
- 2 large organic tomatoes, seeded and chopped - Produce
- 1/2 cup grated organic cheddar cheese - Cheese Case
- 1-2 small cans sliced black olives
- Chopped organic cilantro for garnish, optional - Produce
Spread 3 cans of refired beans in bottom of 9x12-inch pan. Spread sour cream on top of beans. Spread salsa on top of sour cream. Sprinkle chopped green onions on top of salsa. Sprinkle chopped tomatoes on top of green onions. Sprinkle layer of cheese in top of tomatoes. Top with lsiced olives and garnish with cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips.
