Nature's Burgers

  • 1 cup Nature's Burger Mix - Bulk Aisle 5
  • 1 cup boiling water

Combine burger mix and boiling water, stirring well and letting stand for 15 minutes. Shape into 4 thin patties (1/2" thick) and pan-fry in a skillet or griddle using non-stick cooking spray or vegetable oil. Cook until brown on both sides, turning frequently.

  • Serve on whole wheat grain buns with your favorite burger toppings, such as tomato, onion slices, mustard, and cheese.
