Orange Caesar Salad

 

Newman’s Own Caesar Dressing – Aisle 3

4 to 6 Cups Romaine Lettuce, coarsely chopped – Produce

1 Small Onion, thinly sliced & broken into rings – Produce

2 Cups Croutons – Aisle 3

2 Oranges, peeled and separated into sections – Produce

2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated – Cheese Dept.

 

Toss the romaine lettuce with chilled dressing in a large bowl, shaking the bottle before using and using just enough to lightly coat the leaves.  Divide among 4 salad plates, Arrange ½ cup croutons and ¼ of the orange sections on each plate. Sprinkle each with Parmesan cheese and serve.
