6 oz Oyster Mushrooms – Produce

1 Package De Boles Fettuccini – Aisle 3

3 Tbsp Spectrum Olive Oil – Aisle 3

3 Cloves Garlic, minced – Produce

½ Cup Pine Nuts – Refrigerated Aisle 1

1 Package Christopher Ranch Sun Dried Tomatoes - Produce

 

 

Cook fettuccini according to package instructions. In medium sauce pan, heat oil and sauté remaining ingredients for 2-3 minutes. Toss with hot, cooked fettuccini.
