Panzanella
- 4 Vine Ripened Tomatoes,Cubed - Produce
- 2 Tsp. Garlic, Minced - Produce
- 1/4 Cup Bella Terra Red Wine Vinegar - Aisle 3
- 1/2 Cup Nappa Valley Olive Oil - Aisle 3
- 1/2 Lb. Stale Bluegrass Bakery Ciabattini - Deli
- 1 1/4 Cups Sliced Red Onions - Produce
- 1 Bunch Fresh Basil Leaves - Produce
In large bowl combine tomatoes, bread, and onions. In a small bowl whisk together the garlic, vinegar, and oil. Pour the dressing over the bread salad and let sit for 30 minutes at room temperature. Add the basil and salt and pepper to taste. Toss to combine.
