Patty Melt
- 1 Gardenburger, Flame Grilled Patty, Grilled - Freezers
- 2 Slices Rye Bread, Toasted on 1 Side - Deli
- 2 Tsp. Butter, Divided - Aisle 1
- 2 Thick Slices of Onions - Produce
- 2 Medium Mushrooms, Sliced - Produce
- 1 Slice Swiss Cheese - Cheese Dept.
Saute onions and mushrooms until golden in about 1/2 tsp. of butter. Set aside. Spread butter on toasted side of each slice of bread. Place grilled patty on the toasted side of one slice of bread, then add onions and mushrooms, and top with cheese. Add the remaining bread, placing the toasted side next to the cheese. Pan grill until the cheese is melted and the sadwich is hot throughout.
