PNB Bars
- 3/4 Cup Ledeberg Brown Rice Syrup - Aisle 2
- 1/2 Cup Bulk Peanut Butter - Aisle 2
- 3 Cups Puffins Oat Squares Cereal, coarsely crushed - Aisle 1
- 1/2 Cup Thompson's Raisins,or other dried fruit, or carob chips - Packaged Bulk
Heat brown rice syrup and peanut butter in large saucepan on medium heat. Stir until smooth and bubbly. Stir in cereal and raisins. Press into 8-inch square baking pan that has been coated with olive oil cooking spray. When loaf cools, cut into 16 bars.
