Pumpkin Chili Gluten & Soy Free

  • 2 lbs. Ground Beef or Turkey - Meat Dept.
  • 1 Large Organic Onion, diced - Produce
  • 2 (15oz) Can Eden Organic Kidney Beans, drained - Aisle 2
  • 28oz Muir Glen Peeled & Diced Tomatoes, with juice - Aisle 3
  • 1 Tbsp. Simply Organic Pumpkin Pie Spice - Aisle 2
  • 2 Tbsp. Sucanat Sugar - Bulk Aisle 5
  • 1 Organic Green Bell Pepper, diced - Produce
  • 46 fl oz Knudsen Tomato Juice - Aisle 4
  • 1/2 Cup Farmer's Market Pumpkin Puree - Aisle 3
  • 1 Tbsp. Simply Organic Chili Powder - Aisle 2

In a large pot over medium heat, cook beef until brown; drain. Stir in onion and bell pepper and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in beans, tomato juice, diced tomatoes & pumpkin puree. Season with pumpkin pie spice, chili powder and sugar. Simmer for 1 hour.
